What a Podcast Recording Day Looks Like.
Pre-Production
Episode planning, run-of-show, guest briefing and technical requirements confirmed in advance. For the Manage package, the content calendar and guest schedule are handled entirely by Bentley Studios. For Record and Publish, a pre-production call covers the essentials.
Setup
The mobile studio typically takes 45–60 minutes to rig on location. Lighting, cameras, audio and monitoring are all tested before recording begins. You don't need to prepare the room beyond clearing a suitable space - we handle the rest.
Recording
Episodes are recorded in full with multiple takes available for any sections that need revisiting. Most sessions record 1–3 episodes per day. The shoot day is directed - not just operated. Pacing, energy, on-camera presence and interview structure are all actively managed.
Post-Production & Delivery
Full episode edit, audio mix and master, social cut-downs, graphics and distribution - depending on the package. Turnaround on the Record package is 5–7 working days. Publish and Manage packages run 7–10 working days including platform distribution.
